We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Assistant to join our growing team. This role focuses on managing and developing the brand, supporting existing accounts while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities. The successful candidate will also collaborate with the Sales Team in Ireland, ensuring consistency in excellence in customer service and brand representation across both Islands. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who combines sales acumen with creativity and a genuine love of beauty. Primary Duties

• Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Actively recruit new Salon/Spa/Clinic businesses to achieve new business targets.
• Provide ongoing sales support, including account management, follow-ups, and promotional activities through regular visits and basic training.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and deliver engaging product training sessions (in-person and virtual).
• Work closely with the Chleo Skincare Trainers to ensure skincare accounts remain informed on the latest trends, formulations, and treatment protocols.
• Attend brand training events in HQ in Dublin.
• Participate in trade shows, industry events, and open days to represent the brands.
• Bring new ideas and initiatives to maximise sales performance.
• Represent all brands in a professional, positive, and brand-aligned manner.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
• Relevant qualifications in skincare, aesthetics, or beauty therapy (e.g., CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC), or equivalent.
• Proven track record in sales with a results-driven, proactive mindset.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Solution-focused and adaptable approach to challenges.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and CRM systems.
• Flexibility to travel as required.
• Full driving licence.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Nail Technician Trainer who is flexible, organised, exceptionally reliable and able to deliver our Complete Nail Technician Training Course in locations across the Midlands, such as Birmingham, Coventry, and Leicester.

You will exude a passion for nails with the ability to motivate and encourage others.

The Essentials

• Minimum 2 years experience in the Nail Industry
• Teaching qualification desirable but full training will be provided
• Full UK driving license
• Reliability
• Own car and the ability to travel is essential

The Role

You will train groups of between 8-14 students in nail technician techniques;

• Course content includes manicure, pedicure, gel, extensions, gel polish, basic nail art, acrylic extensions, sculpting and e-file.
• Working to specific lesson plans you will deliver practical `hands on' nail technician training and ensure students gain a full understanding of the anatomy of hands, feet and nails.
• You will possess the ability to adapt your training techniques to accommodate differing learning styles.
• You will assist students by imparting industry knowledge and experience in regards to practical techniques, as well as recommended products and providers.
